Once a month we hold Little Explorers at the Library full of amazing sensory fun! I know all the kiddos are missing this amazing program. We also do sensory after every storytime. I know the kids love it! I thought I would post on our blog why we do this fun program and all the amazing benefits it offers our little ones. You can do this at home too! I know it looks scary messy, and it can be. I thought it would be cool to post some of our favorite items to use in sensory bins and where you can get them for cheap. If you are adventurous and want to go out, go to the dollar store with our list and get to some sensory play with your kiddos! As it starts to warm up, take these fun ideas outside! You can get some old bins that are low to the ground, or just put them on the ground, shoe bins work as well! You can even use boxes for the dry stuff! HAVE FUN! |
