Congratulations to this week's winner! Make sure to check out these awesome reviews and recommendations from Clarkston 6th Grader, Fred! Small Steps [Holes, Book 2] By: Louis Sachar "Interesting, but long." Oliver Twist By: Charles Dickens "Gripping, but sad." Radio Fifth Grade By: Gordon Korman "Very humorous, there should be a sequel." Might Fitz: The Sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald By: Michael Schumacher "Very melancholic and sanguine." The Cricket in Times Square By: George Selden "Hilarious, but short." Congratulations to this week's winner! Check out these awesome reviews and recommendations from Clarkston 8th Grader, Erica! Crossed [Matched Trilogy, Book 2] By: Ally Condie "This is a great sequel to Matched. There is plenty of action and it's easy to lose track of time while reading this book. This was a really great book, but the reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is because it seems just a little too similar to other dystopian books." Twilight By: Stephanie Meyer "This is a very popular series and I finally found out why! This book is amazing! There is lots of craft and the author is very descriptive and detailed. This book is a bit long, but it is definitely worth it. There is a little bit of everything in this book, mystery, romance, action and so many more! I could not put it down." New Moon By: Stephanie Meyer "This book managed to keep the same intensity as the first book, if not more! I love reading this series and I know I will definitely be sad when I am done reading it. The book keeps getting better and better and it is easy to continue to love the characters and the plot." Eclipse By: Stephanie Meyer "This book had a lot of suspense in it, which kept readers reading. I could not even put the book down while there wasn't even much happening. The ending leaves readers wanting more. This book was very well written and I enjoyed it." Breaking Dawn By: Stephanie Meyer "The final book was amazing and though I am sad that this series is over, I am really glad that I read it. This book was probably the most intense book, but it was also very descriptive and ti was really hard to stop reading it. I would recommend this book, and I already have." |
